Three generations, one skillet

Ruth Ellison fried chicken for church suppers in Marietta for forty years. Her granddaughter Dana opened Magnolia &
Main in 2014 with Ruth's skillet, Ruth's recipe box and a promise not to change a thing.

The biscuits are still rolled by hand every morning, the greens still simmer all day, and the cobbler follows
whatever is in season at the farmers market across the Square.
